This Magnaflux Spotcheck SK-4 basic kit with water washable red penetrant has everything you need to perform a high quality penetrant inspection. The SKL-WP2 is a Type 2, Method A / C Water Removable Visual Red Penetrant designed for large and rough surfaces where excess penetrant is difficult to remove with a solvent cleaner or emulsifier. It can be removed with a water spray, manually or with an automated process. The method is particularly suitable for the inspection of large numbers of components on site, such as tank and machine construction or steel construction welding work. The penetrant system provides a visible red color contrast and has excellent penetrating properties (capillary action).non-porous material, even some ceramics and similar materials.

The inspection kit consists of:

• 2 x spray cans of 400ml Spotcheck SKC-S cleaner / penetrant remover
• 1 x spray cans of 400ml Spotcheck SKL-WP2 red penetrant
• 1 x aerosol with 400ml SKD-S2 developer (developer)
• Delivery is complete with cleaning cloth in a shoulder carry bag, including manual / instruction, all product and safety data sheets.
