Our general and special conditions apply to all sales, to the exclusion of any other condition of the buyer, unless written and signed by us relief. Our confirmation should not be regarded as such a relief. The acceptance of the invoice must be considered in any case as an acceptance of its terms and conditions. Return of the invoice must be made within 8 days by registered letter.
All our accounts payable in the currency invoiced at the headquarters of our company, in cash and without discount, all taxes borne falling of invoiced, unless otherwise stipulated. Non-payment on the due date of a single invoice or bill grants the right to terminate the current contracts without compensation, while the payment of other debts is payable immediately.
Failure to pay by the due date starts immediately running an interest of 1% per month, without any notice is required. Is the case of total or partial non-payment of the debt at maturity without serious reason, after notice of default, the debt increased by 15% with a minimum of Euro 123.95 and a maximum of 1859.20 Euros, even if terms respite, by way of damages. Agreed a deadline for payment, the balance is due immediately upon one default at maturity or in protest of securities or the granting of a concordat.
As long as the merchandise is not paid in full, they remain the property of our company. The legal transfer of ownership took place only after full payment. The presentation of a bill of exchange or any other title that creates an obligation to pay shall not constitute payment. During the retention of title, the buyer must cover the merchandise against all risks in terms of liability.
Dates of delivery, performance, etc. are not binding on us. Should the delivery or performance period is exceeded, the dissolution of the agreement can by no means be required, and not give rise to compensation.
Any complaints should be subject to forfeiture by registered letter to be formulated within 8 days from delivery. We do not accept complaints i.v.m. cut or pre-treated pieces.
You have the right as a consumer to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. The right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers as it is part of the consumer legislation. Purchases with intent to use for business purposes can not claim the right of withdrawal for consumers.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging. To make use of this right you can contact us via email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. For damaged products, any compensation can be charged.
If you order as business client, company, B2B, the following rules apply with regard to the right of withdrawal.
AW Tech is not legally obliged to offer the right of withdrawal to B2B customers as it applies to consumers (private individuals).
Nevertheless, we want to give you the opportunity to return an item within 3 days, stating reasons.
This possibility expires within 3 days after the day on which the item is in your possession.
For multiple items in one order, which are delivered separately, the day on which you received the last item applies. For an item that consists of several parts, the day on which you received the last part applies.
Our agreement with the purchaser shall be governed by the laws of Belgium. In case of dispute, which from an agreement to which these conditions fully or partially apply or arising from further agreements, whatever its cause, and even in case of plurality of defendants, issuance of bills of exchange, debt rollover, and the like are just the Peace Court of Izegem and the courts of Kortrijk jurisdictions.
